Post Boudin from Goose??
Hey-
Anybody ever made Boudin from dux or geese? I have a couple and was wondering-I make mine from pork but was thinking I might try 50/50 pork & Goose breast--

I have had goose sausage but never boudin -- I dont see how it could be bad LOL
