 Frying egg sacsOther than Tony's and a dash of cornmeal, does anyone have any recipes for cooking sac-a-lait egg sacs. Fried a batch last night and I'm jonesing already.

Re: Frying egg sacs I just use pre made fish mix for mine. I eat alot of bluegill and crappie sacs. You can squirt some oil on the sacs and then run through the mix. It will stay on there better.
