 Another Gravy
Was gonna do pork sausage tonight but decided on this! Beef and sweetbreads gravy.
Just curious, how do y'all cook yawls sweetbreads? Do you brown them with the meat and cook them the whole time or throw them in raw later on? I throw them in when the meat starts to get tinder.
