I have been using John Henrys East Texas pork rub on my ribs. Ol John Henry can throw out some good flavor. Randy |

go to the "egghead forum" and look up Car Wash Mike's recipe. I omit the foiling. probably the easiest and best for egg |

i use cajunland seasoning and dust really well. cook them in the inverted roast rack vertically at 250 for about 3 hours till the bone starts to separate from the meat. then i baste them with stubs and let them cook for another 15 minutes to carmelize the sauce. can't beat the egg |
