rub a lil wischersire sause on, sprinkle a lil texjoy steak seasoning, let it sit at room temp for bout 4 to 5 hrs (thats the key). Get that fire as hot as you can get it, and cook it as fast as ya can. the longer you leave it on there the drier its gonna be. Some like to put a lil butter on top at the end and let it melt |

Italian dressing is a work of art on a steak, put one of those steaks on top of your head with some italian dressing on it and your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get to it! ![]() ![]() |

For a dry rub, Uncle Chris' steak seasoning by Fiesta is some good chit. You can normally find it at Albertsons or Academy. |

Buy good cuts of meat is the key. Seasoned to your liking. And I can cook a melt in your mouth ribeye on my $50.00 portable charbroil grill. That thing will jump to 650-700 quick for that just right temp to sear in the juices. Couple minutes on each side for med well. No blood for me. Fork that BGE hype. ![]() Spend that extra couple dollars on good meat. Makes all the difference. |
