Instead of an egg wash anyone ever uses hot sauce? I'll stick with the hot sauce from now on |

try to find some Buillard's Wing sauce...Then use that stuff on your fish or frog legs. You will thank me later. the best part is it's made righ there in Louisiana. St Martinville to be exact. |

We did some frogs bout a month ago and bought some wing sauce from the wing place, we didn't batter em and man they were good |
