Simple cook it in sugar and pecans. I had never had this but we went to Elizabeths for lunch the other day and we ordered fried chicken livers with pepper jelly and the praline bacon. That bacon was awesome,chit was covered in pecan crumbs and sugar n stuff. Strange sounding combo but it was great. |
