Frying egg sacs
Other than Tony's and a dash of cornmeal, does anyone have any recipes for cooking sac-a-lait egg sacs. Fried a batch last night and I'm jonesing already.

Re: Frying egg sacs
I just use pre made fish mix for mine. I eat alot of bluegill and crappie sacs. You can squirt some oil on the sacs and then run through the mix. It will stay on there better. By the way the morels are wide open here. However I am too busy on the water to get out. Randy
