007's Playboy Meatballs
2 #'s of lean ground beef 2-cups of crushed corn flakes 1-raw egg 1- 16oz bottle of KC Masterpiece BOLD 1-8oz jar of Welches grape jelly
-Mix the 1st 3 until blended good and roll then up in golfball sized pieces -Pour the bbq sauce and jelly into an 8qt. suuce pan and let simmer for 15 minutes -Add balled up pieces making sure that they are ALL covered in sauce -Let simmer on medium heat for 40-45 minutes -Let it steep for 15 minutes then serve and enjoy!!

6 Green Bell Peppers (Seeded and topped boiled 4 min) 1.5 LB of Ground Beef (Lean if you like) 1 Cup of White Rice (bring water to boil, reduce heat add rice cook for 5-7 min drain set aside) [1/2 cooked] Pepper Salt Italian Seasoning Lowrys Seasoning Salt Worcestershire Sauce 1 clove of Garlic or to taste (minced) 1/2 onion chopped 1 Egg 1 Can of Condensed Tomato Soup (add this last don't mix w/ other ingredients) 1 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese (Grated cheese)
Bring a big pot of water to boil and flash boil the seeded and topped bell peppers so they wont shrink in the oven. Remove drain. Place Bell Peppers in a caserole dish. Add a little bit of the Tomato soup and place Bell Peppers in caserole dish.
Combine 1/2 cooked white rice with the rest of ingredients mix well place mixture into topped and seeded bell peppers place remainder mixture around bell peppers or double what the recipe calls for and fill the entire caserole dish. After your done adding the mixture use the rest of the Tomato Soup and pour over the 6 Bell Peppers and the remainder of the mixture in the caserole dish.
Cook for 55 min or until meat is no longer pink
Remove from oven sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese on top
Place back in over for 5 min
Remove, let cool for 5 min and enjoy!
You may have to add salt & pepper to taste I always do...
REDFISH ON THE HALF SHELL
Start with 1 FRESH Redfish (Has to be cooked the same day it is caught)
Lather it in Butter
Add a little fresh Garlic Very thinly sliced Jalapenos next Then the thinly sliced Lemon or Lime Top it off with Cilantro
