Post duck and goose fried fingerlings.
cut your breast into finger sized slices. soak in your marinade overnight. or not, they still good with out marinade. take your favorite shore lunch and prepare your strips in the shore lunch. make sure your grease is good and hot. put a drop of water in the grease and of she pops and crackles real fierce its ready. drop your shore lunch prepared strips in for a few minutes a batch. thats it. trust me they are good. one of the best ways to cook up alot of bird. one of those recipes that is still really good the next morning cold before the next hunt or in a baggy for lunch while hunting.
