Post subject:  Anyone have any a refrigerator smoker???
I have an Old latch door refrig that finaly crapped out and I plan on turning it into a smoker.

My problem is what should I do for a heat source and smoke... I am thinken of useing an side mounted fire box or mount an LP burner inside it... :?: :?: just don't know what way to go.

I might to do both for a heat and heat/smoke source but is that to much???

there are some videos on youtube showing these type of smokers, look like they work pretty well.
