 Who's got a kick ass sausage recipe? I just got my new Cabelas 1hp grinder, and am dying to try it. I have a freezer full of summer sausage, pepperoni and spicy snack sticks, andouille, and bologna and want to try something else. I have a smoker and a stuffer, just need some ideas.

Re: Who's got a kick ass sausage recipe? just made 30 lbs of elk and 30 lbs of wild hog yesterday. i use about 70% wild game to 30% pork fat or wrights bacon ends and pieces ground up. i buy both maple and mountain sausage seasoning from bass pro and it like $5 and is awesome!!!
