Marinade in Dale's sauce. butterfly breast halves and place a sliver of spring onion, sliver of jalapeno, and a smear of cream cheese inside. Close, wrap in a 1/2 strip of bacon, put a tooth pick though it, grill it rare.

Anyone that says ringnecks don't taste good is lost. If they did taste bad you shot it in a retention pond/way offshore, etc. If you kill that in freshwater it's damn good tasting bird. Cook it like you would anything else. Any bird is eatable in a gumbo/jam/chilli if you truely dislike it. Sure it aint not corn/rice fed mallard/teal/gaddy. But its certainly better than say a Dos Gris or Mergs.
