Thought it would be fun to share your favorite seasoning or liquid boil that you may enjoy using for either a crawfish boil or seafood... I have recently found Swamp Fire and really like it for that added heat. |

I like to use slap ur momma and a couple cups of liquid swamp fire. Makes for good crawfish let them soak for about 15 mons and they are the best. |

The Atchafalaya Gold seasonings are pretty good, but I mostly use the old reliable Zatarain's liquid shrimp and crab boil and add some salt and a little lemon juice. |

I use bags, liquid and powder. Zat bags and liquid with some Chackbay powder. |

What are your thoughts on seasoning amounts for Crawfish, Shrimp or Crab... Do you make the batch the same way regardless what your throwing in? I have never really worried about what I am boiling just mainly focus on the ingredients & getting flavor right. |

I never use the liquid stuff. Use La crab boil, and swamp fire along with a little cayenne. Never have complaints |
