R and V Cajun fryer....
Got me one today. Its the double basket four gallon model. Looks well made and will be cooking some catfish real soon. Thinking some fried chicken might be good in this cooker too. When Tal was at my house last week we got to talking about them. Took some fish to a market to sell and unloaded the fish and loaded up the new fryer.

Randy, You will most definately LOVE it. I have the 6 gal and use it very often. We can provide food for a crew in the matter of minutes. They cook really well. It's one of the best investments I ever made. Enjoy
