I posted some pics of flatheads we caught recently, and someone posted that they would be good simmered in red gravy. What is red gravy and how do you make it???? |

try it, u wont be dissapointed. a coubeyant (im sure that is spelled wrong) is one of my favorite dishes. as stated above, make sure you cook it long, the longer u cook the best it will be and make sure to set ur fish on top at the end and when the fish is ready, ur ready. if u want it a lil darker you can make a roux first and thats how i prefer it. but u cant go wrong. eat over rice and make sure its well seasoned and u just cant beat that neg |

What ever fish you have put a 1/4 of it in your gravy after it cooks for a while let it break apart and become part of the gravy. At the end put in your fish and like kook say don't stir!!! |
