Re: Corn and Crab soup
I cooked this last night and it was the best soup I have ever had. I had people arguing over who was gonna get what was left after everyone ate. The only problem with it is I ate so much that it made me lazy.

Re: Corn and Crab soup
Cooked it again last night. It's delicious. I doubled the amount of frozen corn, added a pound of fresh shrimp, and didn't use nearly as much stock.

Re: Corn and Crab soup
It's on the stove at my house now. I skipped the chicken broth but added 2 lbs of crawfish tails. Smelling good. It's my wife's favorite so if the little one goes to sleep before I do, it's gonna be on in this house!!!!!
