Let's talk Cajun Microwaves...I'm thinking about getting one. I have helped out a couple of times doing pigs down at my buddy's camp, but that has been years ago. What should i be looking for/need to stay away from etc??? I'll be down in Lafayette in July, so i could get it then. Any info/opinions would be helpful.
