Well I have 2 Boston Butt (8lbs each) sitting in the fridge all covered in my Rub! Fixin to hit the Grill/Smoker early morning; should have around 10 to 12 hours... Pulled Pork Sammiches Homemade Tater Salad Corn on the Cob and my Homemade Southern Baked Beans |

Well I made a huge batch of pulled pork on Saterday; about 16 lbs of it... Had a solid 1/4" or bigger smoke ring on the meat... as of yesterday there was nothing left! |

Smoke ring thickness. First thing to look for when someone says they cooked something outside. Those look so good. I am going build a small deck for our back door area and this will have to incorporate a BGE. |
