 Teal boobs cooked me some teal boobs last night
seasoned them in sea salt, cracked peppercorn pepper, paprika.\
seared for 2 minutes on each side in the black pot.
blackened zucchini and asparagus

i've learned that its best to eat it rare.... doesnt get tough and the duck doesnt get the strong taste
