I think it is a cross between a Flat Lake Crab and someones Pet Hermit Crab.

That is a bonified "Shell Island Fiddler Crab" that is what happens when you fu*k a fiddler crab hole!!!!!!! ask Coondik about that!!!!! :lol: :lol: :D

im 1000 percent sure its not a stone crab. looks to be mixed with a lil blue crab. if i had to say one way or the other, looking at all of the scientific evidence, i would say its a blue crab from the 1950s

While I'm still debatin 1'st place for "Entertainment Value" on this one :mrgreen: I think the Grand Prize goes to POKER1 (I am impressed ;) ).

We took "Blue" around to some seafood dealers & some OldTimers &...... they had no idea.

BB & MudPuppy were so impressed with the courageousness (ie; ferociousness) of this cute Crustation, they decided to keep it as a pet (must be a guy thing) & it escaped :twisted: unfortunately no taste test this time!! LOL

No stone crab....those claws (stone crabs) are fit for KINGS

Some kinda fiddler...hence the diff size claws/arms
