I had some shredded Boston Butt left over in the fridge. Sauteed some onions and jalepenos in a skillet, tossed in some of the pork and got it hot then added some eggs to it. Mixed it all up then added some shredded cheese and Picante sauce. Put it in some flour tortillas with a little cilantro on top and had some purty damn good breakfast tacos......for supper |
