Duck recipe
I took two ducks and seasoned then lightly with terriyaki sauce and the covered them with Cajun BBQ rub seasoning over the skin. I let them sit for about 45 minutes. I then cooked them in an oil less fryer. I can't believe how good they came out. I think these were two grey ducks. I suggest trying it

Re: Duck recipe
The oil less fryer is great. I have done any ducks yet but chicken and turkeys are very good!

Re: Duck recipe
It does 3 big ducks at a time perfectly!

Re: Duck recipe
How do you keep the ducks from drying out? Maybe I cook them to long.
