got a couple birds today and looking for some recipes to cook em down wit. i cant tell u what kinda bird it is but i can tell you its brown & white and got a curved beak on em ;)... i heard dey pretty good in gumbos but looking for other ideas and is greatly appreciated

Yeah dem some good eatin birds. Kind taste like a mix between a bald eagle and a brown pelican.

i would really love to know wtf kinda bird u eatin...sounds like its not a legal one... :shock: i dont know of any legal bird wit a curved beak :roll:

Dude smother em' down with onioins and bell peppers. Man the one that needs to tell you how to cook em' doesn't get on here anymore...His name is coonass81 john aucoin..That dude will cook them things and make you slap tha sh!t outa somebody!!!! first time i ever ate them was last season man that sh!t was SLAMMIN!!!
