pigtail meat turning thingamabob? is it a rotisserie mechanism that turns meat???
im kinda lost...the pigtail thing threw me off.

Are you talking about the flipper that has a sharpened pig-tail end that you poke your steak to turn it? If so, I know what you are talking about, but haven't ever used one. I try not to ever pierce a steak when cooking it - don't want to loose any of the juices. I use tongs when cooking. I'm sure that it would work just fine - but I would stick with using it for chicken. |
