Smoke a pork shoulder or butt, then pull it and make Pork Chili Verde. Google it, then come up with what you think you would like. We put it on anything from breakfast, eggs, hash browns, to lunch, over an open hamburger and fries to dinner, over enchilada's, chili relleno's, steaks, to whatever ya like, including fish. The ancho chilli's are hotter than the Big Jims or Anaheim's.

Here ya go!

Ingredients:

> Two packs of fresh jalepino ground deer meat or two pounds of ground beef. I prefer using jalepino flavored ground deer meat just because it gives it a little more kick.
> One pack of mild mccormick chilli powder
> Two cans of rotel
> Three cans of chili beans
> One can of tomato paste
> Honey
> Chocolate powder
> Cajun seasoning
> Bag of seasoning blend

< On med. heat in a decent sized pot you first want to brown your meat along with your seasoning blend - add cajun seasoning while stirring.
< Pour out any left over grease - optional
< Then add your chili beans, rotel, tomato paste, and chili powder.
< Add water as needed until you reach the right thickness.
< Let it reach a slight boil then reduce to low and simmer.
< Add more Cajun seasoning to suite your taste.
< Now!!! this is the trick - add about a tablespoon or two of honey and about a tablespoon of chocolate powder - YES LIKE THE KIND YOU PUT IN MILK!! You might want to use a little more once you taste it!

< Serve over rice and ENJOY!!!

< You will probably want to play with it to get it just right... but I eat this once a week using deer meat. It's a good inexpensive way to cook deer for the whole family. :D
