Dunno what to really call it cleaned out some.of my.freezer from last season. Deer cutlets, tenderloin, backstrap, a heart, smoked sausage, and raw sausage. da gravey before I added anything. da roux. Dark dark like dat

Thnx. Made it diff than I normally do. A lot went in to that gravey, but it made a huge difference.
