Since you're always posting pics of good ass looking food ya made I thought I'd share this





Did a pork shoulder on the smoker this week. Brined for 2 days, wet marinade overnight and dry rubbed and set another night after that. Smoked for about 6.5 hours. Needless to say it was some good shit!

Brine was just water, pickling spice, salt and sugar.

Wet marinade was whiskey, coffee, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dijon mustard and honey

Dry rub was brown sugar, s&p, garlic powder, onion powder, tonys, cayenne, paprika

Red oak smoked , sit in there own juices , specifically for pulled pork and chopped beef. .
