Post couvillion/ Court bullion recipe
2 sticks of butter
One cup of flower
Make a dirty blonde roux
Add your 1 diced onion, 1 diced bell pepper, 2 stalks of celery to the roux
Cook that down.

Drink another beer.
14 ounces of tomato sauce
28 ounces of canned stewed tomatoes
Squeeze 2 lemons into it
Table spoon minced garlic
splash of liquid crab boil
Salt/pepper
2-3 table spoons of brown sugar(money maker)
1/2 to a whole can of Rotel

drink another beer. And let it cook down until a consistent color and texture

Start boiling your water to make rice. Whenever your rice goes to simmer add your fish. I cut mine in 1 inch squares.

Drink another beer.

When rice is done make you bowl of rice and pout couvillion over the rice. And add some sliced green onions on top

If you have time to kill make the couvillion and don't add the fish. Instead make blackend red fish and then pour the couvillion over the blackend red fish

Make potato salad in between all that. Oh yea and drink another beer.
