I been wanting to try sharks any ideas on how to cook it or what it taste like

Blacktip, spinners, lemon cut into 1 -1 1/2 '' steaks. Put butter, Konrico creolo, sprinkle olive oil on it before putting on grill. Cook at 350 for 7-9 minutes on first side and half time on other side.
Good luck. Some like lime or lemon juice on it when it comes off.
