Post Pan seared Teal duck...
Threw this together this afternoon for my little buddy. He loves eating duck. I've never really been a fan of it but this wasn't too bad....

I actually soaked these in saltwater for about a week. I think it did some good. So far the only duck I have eaten in the past 20 years has been blue wing teal. Plucked a few last year and roasted them and they were pretty good as well.

Yep. It was one of those box dinners. Rosemary and Olive oil flavored. pretty good stuff.

Might have to try that, i had the one with kale in it and it was ok. I tried to substitute rice with quinoa but i cant not eat rice with my gravys

Yea I wouldn't recommend subbing it with any gravy. We're on a health kick right now so it works as a good filler for some carbs and this kind is pretty good. But some meals just require good white rice!
