Cherry or apple wood smoke, set on or around 225 and cook until the leg is kinda loose when you grab it. I got me a bone in turkey breast on mine right now for supper. Its been on for a few hours indirect and boy is it smelling and tasting good. I did a little tug awhile ago when I got off the river. Randy |

Dude if I threw a pup like the one posted at the fashion show I would lay low. I am still laughing at that picture. Can someone take this pic and do a overlay with the Capts Kid so we can come to some kind of conclusion? DNA will be next. |
