Besides bacon, what is another way to cook breasts on the grill?

Cut slits in the meat, marinate in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and onion powder for a day. Season before putting on the grill with garlic, pepper, and put a little butter on top (add a bit more once you flip them to keep them from drying out).

I marinate mine in milk and rosemary over night. Sometimes I'll add a clove or crushed garlic. Season it with salt a pepper then sear it a few minutes per side. The secret is to let the breast get to room temp before cooking and let it rest for a few minutes after removing from the grill to redistribute the juices. Medium rare is perfect. Medium is acceptable. Anything over, feed it to the dog.

pound breasts out pretty flat with a meat tenderizing mallet, soak in water for 5-7 days, putting fresh water and rinsing blood out each day. Season, batter, and skillet fry like you would a deer steak or chicken fried steak. Serve with mashed taters, green beans, and gravy. Or cut into strips and deep fry at 325 for a few minutes.

Lmao, that's not on the grill, Owen. Good way to cook them, though. :)

Cut into strips, marinate in beer and fajita seasoning for 24 hrs. pour everything into cast iron skillet add onions and green pepper, cook. Serve with tortillas and all the fixings and let them roll their own, BTW and wash down with plenty of coldbeer! And yes coldbeer is a single word!

Marinade with red wine, garlic, balsamic vinegar and rosemary. Save some of the liquid to make a sauce out of. Grill the duck breast to medium rare and grill some portabella mushrooms. Serve the duck with the mushrooms and pour the red wine garlic sauce over the top.

Look up Hank Shaw.

https://honest-food.net/

He's got a cook book called, "Duck, Duck, Goose" which has a ton of great duck recipes in it. I haven't tried one yet that wasn't fantastic. He's got three other books as well. Good stuff!
