First take a stick of balogna, slice 3/4 of the way through the stick making slices about as thick as you want I prefer about a 1". Then get a aluminum pan to place it in. Add creole, garlic making sure it gets in between slices and all over. Then I put bacon grease from the morning breakfast on it, 4 jalapeno peppers sliced scattered through out. Abottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce poured all over. Cover with foil and place on grill with charcoal to one side of grill for indirect heat rotate in 45 minutes. Cook for 1 1/2 hour or till you can't stand it no more. ENJOY!! |
