you mean you don't have a ready supply of 10 pounds of raw cracklin meat vacuum sealed in your deep freeze? They should be right there between the 15 pounds of smoked boudin and the 6 bonless stuffed chickens. At least that's where mine are... Bad Psudo-Cajun! BAD!!! |

I got ten pounds cubed and ready in the freezer...just gotta thaw em out and fire up the grease. |
