Them oil free turkey fryers are pretty sweet. My brother-in-law brought his over for a birthday gatherin last nite. We flat out put the chow down on that turkey.

But I've yet to figure out how that little mesh lid makes it brown. It worked tho'.

I just bought one that I found on clearance at Lowes. I've only used it on one chicken so far but it came out good and was super easy. I injected it a little too much but I didn't realize it would retain that much moisture since it was my first time. I would like to know how you prepared the turkey.
