With that said, I know there's always going to be folks who call us that and I don't let it bother me at all, and I sure as hell wouldn't be suing a radio station over it.

Great perspective TonyB., words have meaning and can be used viciously and mean as well as with respect and acknowledgement. It is indeed as much in the way one enunciates and utilizes these words in their appropriate context which clue the listener to their meaning.

Where we as a Society have erred is in placing the emphasis on reacting instead of educating as the former seeks to eliminate any need for the individual to THINK about what they say FIRST.

I am from Texas and they call us Rednecks. When I was a Youngster driving Truck once a week to Louisiana I did my best to get as friendly as possible with those Coonass Girls yall got over there.
