The unemployment thing is just a statistic used by the left especially when retirees get out of the workforce. This has been proven. The gas is lower in this country due to oil being traded on the dollar. We hold the world currency just like the sterling pound was back in the 70's. They lost it to the dollar due to a bad economy. History may repeat itself. On to taxes....you are a lawyer making less than 250k???? Really? Thats the number he wants to tax more. On to the racial issue. What up with the engineering thing? We as a discipline work very hard to make this country great. You as a discipline drive the cost of everything up with bs lawsuits and horrible commercials.

Then I watch what that "man" in dc has done makes me sick. I've spent 12 years in the oilfield and was in house during macando. I spent 4 months watching the government trip over their dicks while we tried to work.

We can drill our way out of this. We can stop pissing money away on green fraud. We can increase refinement and standardize blends to cut cost. We can cut back the EPA and shiat can DOE seeing how well they worked.

News just announced that the Congressional Budget Office has realized that OBAMACARE will now cost twice as much. Thats right, boys and girls. The final price tag - $2.6 trillion. Awesome, just awesome.

Funny how they're just realizing this now. So basically for everyone that pays for their own private insurance, whether it be on your own or through your employer, you are now paying even more to provide insurance for everyone else who isn't working or does not have insurance of their own living off the 'government'. Again, just throw the bill on the backs of the honest, hard-working citizens and let all the lazy motherf*(#ers take a free ride on our dime. I sure am loving all this CHANGE But maybe everyone else thinks this is all fine and dandy and how it 'should' be, and I'm just a dumbass...

Hate to break it to you... In many areas the indoctrination starts in the education system well before college.

My dad came out of retirement and became an adjunct professor at my alma mater and one if the classes he teaches is "critical thinking." He is amazed how many students struggle with it.

But I am serious when I ask Mr. Guidry questions in this thread and the others. I would like him to answer. The sign of an intelligent person is one who will have a discussion and who will provide fact based reasons for their opinions.
