Andy: No one becomes editor of the Harvard Law Review without absolutely, unquestionably the most brilliant mind on the planet. Trust me on this one. You would be stunned by the brilliance of his legal writing. That this article fails to mention this one fact tells me that it lacks credibility. |

Dguidry,,, You prove over and over how lost you really are! I think you are so stuck on sucking Obama's ass for the single fact that he went to "Harvard Law"!!! Simple as that... Did you not read or understand what the article was about????? AFIRMATIVE ACTION FOOL!!!!! Do you not understand what affirmative action is? You probably dont cause you have never been subjected to it like others have! And yes, i have... You see Mr. Dguidry, i work for one of the major oil companies. I get to see everyday and every year how they hand out "blank checks" to "minority owned" companies!!!! Yes it does happen, and i promise you they are not held to the same standards that others are!!!!! THOSE ARE FACTS!!! You are dumber then i would have ever imagined!!!! Why do you discredit the fact that Harvard gave obama what he wanted for the very reason of "AFIRMATIVE ACTION"!!! Its simple as going to youtube and watching the video of OBAMA in front of Harvard preaching and jacking up the crowd for more blacks and black women to be teacing and inrolled at Harvard law!!!! The saddest part about it is harvard contested and said they do actually in fact keep a balance as close to 50-50 as possible!!!! So you really think he could have just done this on his own??? If so,,,why do we need affirmative action!!! You really need to have a long conversation with some of the guys i know that worked in Africa!!! They could tell you some stories about thier race and about what was sent over or "slave traded"!!! you are a really confused man... |

Minority owned business: step one on how to make money: find a smart minority businessman and start a new company with him as a minority partner. Done it myself. That's what the law promotes and its good for everyone. |

Yup,,, Good for everyone, especially the guy who loses his buisness and livelyhood from losing a contract simply caused by affirmative action!!! There are a lot of people that would disagree!!!! I guess if you are dishonest and manipulative thats how it works. That is simply manipulating the system and some people do not think that way or have those opportunities....Or just maybe some people or honest. I guess honesty no longer works.... Dguidry, i understand buisness, and agree most shrewed and brutal buisnessmen make the most money, i dont disagree. Just sad to see the world go that direction.. I guess the old say "its just buisness" holds true.. |

Boat Dr.... Lawyers use the legal system to make money!!!! They get a warm a fuzzy feelling everytime a new law is passed, no matter how wrong or unconstitutional its MORE MONEY in thier pockets!!! Put simple,,,lawyers make money off the legal system so they will defend it no matter how convoluted and corrupt it may be!!!! You really want to see corrupt, go in court over custody!!!! Laws are written and ignored at will by judges and attourneys!!!! no matter what the laws state, you fate is still decided by one man which i think is the biggest flaw the justice system has ever faced. Untill judges are held accountable, laws will be interpreted and bent at will!!! thats exactly how people get away with shit like this, the system is screwd and no one has to answer for it... laws are no longer read by the letter and folllowed,,,they are interpreted......sucks it really does.. i wish more people like Dguidry would fight against these causes, but i guess its hard to when its so easy to write your own paychecks.. Sorry Dguidry,,,i dont agree with how things are in court these days... as you can tell...lol |

I live in a town that has a square in the center of town and the county courthouse is located in that square. A few months ago a lawyer was crossing the street and was hit by a car. On the opposite side of the square a few days later, a dog was hit by a car. If you come through town look for the skid marks. The skid marks are the only evidence of both accidents and they show where the dog was hit. |

find a minority and make him a minority owner... dosent work because to get all the tax breaks etc it has to be a minority as the majority partner..... I know, that is why my mother is the owner of my fathers business. |
