If you look at your checks 3 years ago it should be the same taxes. Not sure what Obama did but the last 2 years the SS tax was at 4.2% with your employer kicking in the other 2%. Now we get

Just looked at my check. $58 dollars less than the last one. X 26 weeks = $1, 500 less cash in my pocket this year.

We just got our checks and mine is $46.81 less.

$51.55 more per check for SSI. $1,340.30/ year.

Federal tax is $4.74 less. $123.24 less per year.

He needs fuel for the airplane so him and his ol lady can go on more extravagant trips around the world, damn PAS TOUT LA!!!!

Idk about anyone else, but those amounts not hurting me at all. The medical, dental and vision insurance premiums putting more of a dent on my take home pay. Also wife and myself had a few minor medical issues last year, and man the insurance deductibles for routine procedures is expensive.(compared to 3-5 years ago) Do not get me wrong it is worth every penny, especially when everything turns out good.

Any % is a take home pay cut, I agree. I still have dependants, so it helps.

The fact that anyone can sit back and say its ok you're helping America is sickening to me, we are being forced to pay for idiotic spending by his family and by his programs that do nothing but promote niggerdom (aka: laziness).

I feel the same about abuse of the system. From president to ssi scum. I know numerous people drawing disability that could work. I could use any % to help pay for my kids school, clothes, food etc.......... We get a pay cut but SSI recipients get a 1.9% cost of living raise????

Just a quick fact check on this...and by no means am I a democrat. I have always voted Republican party lines.

But, we all had this extra 2% in our pay because of one of his "stimulus" plans. This one was called the "Tax Act of 2010." Basically, it reduced your Social Security tax liability from 6.2% to 4.2%. We (and your employer!) were already paying social security taxes of 6.2% (each) since WAY back. Now, they are just taking the full amount, again.

Plus, they raised the Social Security tax wage ceiling, AGAIN! That's what really gets me. As recent as 2000, wage ceiling was $76K. 2012, ceiling was $110K. 2013 =$113K.

For those that don't understand, you AND your employer pay S/S and Medicare taxes on your income until you reach that wage ceiling. The current 6.2% S/S tax & 1.45% Medicare tax has been in place since the mid to late '80's, I believe. It started back in late '30's at less than 3% combined employee/employer liability.

Certainly not taking up for Obama and the rest of the DC riff-raff. But, you guys are complaining about money that was already coming out of your checks. They just gave you a two year hiatus.

Sure, you will be getting a S/S check. But your kids and grand kids will be having much more than 6.2% coming out of their paychecks...aka...taking home less percentage of their wages than you are.

Actually, that one was from 1996. His original from 1964??? was eerily similar, though. If you read the transcripts from both, there are very subtle differences...like the line about sexual diseases with no cure. That was a '96 add in and not in the original. The concept and idea is VERY much the same.
