 it's a start!!!! Just reported on CNBC,... Court rulee that Obama violated Constitution by some of his appointments. Per constitution, the president may appoint people without Senate confirmation IF congress is in recess. Congress was not in recess, only away for weekend if I recall correctly. This opens the door for many other things to be investigated.

Re: it's a start!!!! I agree, but just but perhaps there are people stand and fight him in the courts. I would rather things like this stop his reign than bloodshed/revolution....but....
