Teach a dog to bite and he will bite. Putting non violent offenders in with hardened violent criminals will just produce more violent criminals...... writing a ticket and fining them would be better. We are never gonna win the drug war. Let the people cull themselves and pay a fine when caught ......never mind.....let consenting adults do what they wish and imprison the ones selling to minors. I would go a different route. Lock them up, give them all the drugs they want. Maybe they OD and die. Yep, I'm going to hell. |
