Long story short,,,they have places in this particular city that the government actually supplies a clean place, and some new needles for heroin users to inject!! Its like a doctors office!!!!!!!!!! Never would have imagined that shit happened until i seen it.
They sell it as it helps stop the spread of disease!!!!
Natural selection would have stopped that!!!
