Finally took the time to go out to the range and let my daughter shoot her Rem 243. She was a bit scared to start with but went through a whole box of rounds and wanted more. 1st few times I helped her and then allowed her to do everything herself. I sighted in at 50yrds then let her go. She even got some rounds at 100yrds and was thrilled that she hit dead center. Where she will be hunting, she won't have 100yrd shots.

We also took my wife's Walther 380 and let her and my wife shoot it. Went through a box of rounds also. After getting used to the 380, she popped off a 7rnd mag in a few seconds. She really liked that.
