We had a lease in Lafitte but lost it after Ike. Wasn't big but we had a houseboat and a lot of good times out there. Sure wish we could get that one back. Ours was in Texaco Canal.

How long have yall had the lease we might have been right by each other lol. If you hear of any leases or openings in Lafitte let me know wouldn't mind hunting that area again.

We do a lot of rabbit hunting on Couba island some duck in the WMA but they got too many people that shouldn't be hunting out there. Thanks

Not there anymore but if you seen this houseboat that was us. Always had people fishing in the canal, it was a dead end and it always held reds. This is not where the camp was when we had it but where it floated to after the storm lol.
