Since I hijacked this thread a while back, I figured I'd follow up. I ended up taking it down to bare metal myself...



And having it sprayed with Line-X...



I just picked it up this morning, so I haven't bolted it back up yet, but that mf'er is guaranteed to last a lifetime now! I figured if the powder coat on the brushguard on my truck got nicked and started to rust in places over time, this one definitely would. I'll try to think of something to send to him though, and thanks for the help anyway.

Well I don't just go around ramming shit... :? ...all the time. :lol: Nice thing though is that if I fuck it up, they can do touch up, and its just as strong as before without having to re-spray the whole thing. Plus it has a lifetime warranty... I'll probably put it to the test a little at first, but after that, I'll just run thru stuff when I need to. I just like knowing that I can without worrying about my GoLight.
