Re: Cant wait for hunting season!! hahahA thats a deal! yea man I almost love shooting wood ducks better than anything else. everybody hates on em down here but like I tell everybody "LONG HAIR DONT CARE" lol here is another video that I took the next afternoon but forgot to turn my camera sideways so its kind of a puny video but they were thick on the roost.

I've never seen so many ducks in my life as I saw last season when we sat on a roost right off of lake of the pines in a huge 4 or so mile Long damned up beaver pond/slough. I normally don't hunt roosts, but it was our last day there so I said wth.. The ducks came piling in from off the lake to this roost, and they were so thick I put my gun down and just watched. Shot a 3 man limit in less than 3 minutes. I walked out into the middle and had ducks within feet of taking my head off. Definitely a awsome experience

Re: Cant wait for hunting season!! Had woodducks land on my pirogue they were so thick. Those were the days when some would shoot by the light of the moon.
