First attempt at editing...
I need to overlap the songs on the soundtrack in the future. And on my editing software I have to add all the scenes first and add the transition effects before I trim and cut each scene. I need to figure out how to reduce the volume in selected scenes from the video track. Lessons learned. Hopefully I will take the camera along more and get some better footage in the future. So far I have been more focused on getting my rig dialed in and running just right and learning the ins and outs of surface drives.

very cool footage - i really like the camera in the weeds at the 57 second mark and the rigs buzzing by - nice touch

Re: First attempt at editing...
Next time I'm going to set the camera up on something so it gets a little better view. Maybe another 3-6" higher would have been much better. I also want to try a few deepwater fly-by's. The camera is in a big waterproof housing so it floats well. Might have to strap it to a flat piece of foam for stability though.

Sony Handycam. Hard drive storage (not sure how much memory, but its a lot) and a waterproof housing good to 17 feet.

Looks good Chris. Like how you placed camera in vegetation and cruzed by it. Good job

Re: First attempt at editing...
I really have no agenda with internet Drama and I try to stay far from it...
BUT,
I read a lot, and I constantly see Dean inserting his dumb agenda when the drama dies down. I don't recall if we formally met at SETX but I for sure saw you many times. You weren't any different than any other guy there(politics aside). Why get on this site and stir the pot.
I can say me and Chris have run around quite a bit in the last few months. He's a stand up guy. Period. I can recall my rig being towed to the dock and him and his GAL waiting with it till I got their in my truck.
Your Moral compass and Political agenda contradict with me 100%.... But that doesn't mean I can't talk to you in a polite manner.
What makes you stir people to get responses....
