I'll be the one to start it off. Here is a video of a Gator Trax ROUND chine hull doing a 180 degree turn on a dime! For anyone wondering the comparisons between round and everything else here is the proof of round chine ability. All "other" chine pundits your on the clock....feel free to post videos of your "other" chine doing the same thing. |

1st rig i drove for yrs was a square and my current rig is a GT hide. night and day comparison. I had to re-learn how to take turns with the GT b/c of the difference in the two. I would like to drive a gtail extreme hull to see how they handle |

the difference between a GT and Gtail hull that are the same specs and both floating cans with the same motor can't be that much |

I've never needed to turn my boat like in that video. IMO if you are driving that fast in tight quarters where you would need that ability to lay the boat on its side and turn then you shouldn't be driving that wreckless in the first place. Accident waiting to happen. Just like a video someone posted of a bass boat hauling ass through tight narrow cuts in the marsh and almost colliding head on with another boat. |
