Performance
Went out few weeks ago and could only get 27 on willets GPS with two people.......
Yesterday my GPS was on steady 30 with 3 peps and my kids.
Anybodys hull run better with a certain load?
Do GPS have that much inaccurate readings?

The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. Go here and click on the "donate a mammogram". This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising.

Re: Performance
I think there is a chance of some variables when it comes to GPS readings. I usually run around 26mph on a Garmin hand held 12, but the other day during the Mississippi clean up Larry D was following me out and said I was running 29 or so based on his boat GPS. I also noticed that during the Fox river run up here I was losing little ground to a 45 MB and according to my GPS I was only running 24-25. There is also one section on the Black river up here it will jump from 26-34 for about a 1/4 mile, then back to 26 with no apparent change in the river.

Re: Performance
I have experienced the same thing a few times with no apparent reason for the loss or gain of 2-3 mph. Go out one day and run 28+ and only run 26 or so the next day with nothing different in the the boat or conditions.

Re: Performance
I said it a while back it seems surface drives of all brands are affected more than say outboards. Any wind, current, and small things can change the way your motors run
